The 721 is super easy to use with 8 temperature set points selected with the single operating button. The more expensive Crafty, by Storz & Bickel costs much more, but the 721 produces impressively similar convective vapour quality for a lot less money. If you’ve never tied the 721, you are in for a treat as this device is often compared to the Crafty by Storz and Bickel for the quality of vapor provided. The Utillian 721 provides true convection heating of botanical and wax for fantastic vapor quality. Heated air percolating through the botanical or wax canister efficiently and effectively heats your herb and extracts to produce fantastic clouds of great tasting vapor. I know I’m very new to this, but I know when a product meets its specifications and promises. The Utillian 721 absolutely did. Fast heat up, no taste of plastic, 60 minute battery life (After three Li-Ion conditioning cycles of draining it very low, charging fully on low current, if possible), efficient whether 0.05g or .3g and easy to clean.
I imagine there are negatives I won’t know to mention, or critiques of different models in comparison. My only thought is that I’d like a replaceable battery. Last thought, I have a hard time believing The Mighty would provide twice the experience for twice the price.

You hit the nail on the head, Jason. The 721 rocks it. I think it compares very fairly with the Crafty, at a much lower price. I also like the concentrates cup much more than the liquid pad set-up that Storz & Bickel use. The only weak link we’ve discovered is the mouthpiece…If you are careful it should last a long time, but in the event you break it and the spare, we have replacements ready to ship! We are thrilled you are liking your 721!

I’ve had the 721 for a couple of weeks now, and I have to say it’s a great buy. Well built, feels solid, and is real easy to use and clean.
It does feel like the mouth piece could have been made a bit more sturdier, but if you handle it at the tip, it shouldn’t give you any problems.
A shout out to David, real customer service however small (even if it was just sending me my tracking number) goes a long way. Thanks Rocky Shore!

Thanks, Ali. Thanks for the comment and tip (pun intended)! We are with you on the mouthpiece. As the unit gets a little gummed up, the mouthpiece becomes more vulnerable to damage (but just in case we have lots of replacements). Two tricks…First is to keep the mouthpiece clean. If there is no resin, it wont get sticky, and will remain easy to move. Second is to let the unit preheat a bit if it is gummy. The resin will soften with the warmth and allow the mouthpiece to pivot easier. Vape Happy!
