The rates you will be charged for shipping are discounted corporate Canada Post rates.
We only ship to the address provided by you with your credit card.
All shipping is by the third party Canada Post. As such, shipping is out of our control. If there are issues with lost packages and delayed shipping, we will support the claim process. Such issues are very rare and in cases where the investigation does come back as “lost”, insurance will provide a final safeguard. There is no risk to the customers, however, delays in receiving the shipment may occur.
US orders will be shipped through Canada Post/USPS. The estimated delivery time within the United States will depend on your distance from Picton, Ontario, Canada. Please note we cannot ship orders to Utah or New Mexico at this time. The cost of shipping outside of Canada is the responsibility of the customer and is not eligible for any our “free shipping offer” we may provide.
No taxes will be charged to US orders and all packages will be shipped as aromatherapy devices. Under some conditions with USPS shipments, customs authorities may choose to charge the recipient applicable taxes. This is out of our control, and in those circumstances you will be required to cover any costs. For credit card payments, your shipping address must match your billing address.
Orders from Canada will be shipped via Canada Post. The estimated delivery time within Canada will depend on your distance from Picton, Ontario. Within Canada, there is no other provider that can ship as cost-effectively and reliably as Canada Post.
Conditions apply to free shipping in Canada; orders must be over $100 (CDN) in value before tax to qualify for free shipping.
