Frequently Asked Questions

What is the best vaporizer that is right for me?

All of the products we sell are of the very best quality we can find, so you can’t go too far wrong.  But overall, the first thing to do is decide whether a stationary or portable unit will best meet your needs.  Beyond that it comes down weighing the importance vapour quality, discretion, precision of temperature control, single or multiple user, convenience of use and quality of construction.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit card and BACS payments on our site.

What is your warranty and return policy?

All vaporizers purchased through Rocky Shore Cannabis are covered for 30 days starting from the purchase date. During the warranty period defective products will be replaced. You can expect that a period of 15 business days from the date of us receiving your defective device for the claim to be processed.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us and let us know what the problem is.  We will give you a claim number at that time.  Please include this number on the package in addition to the shipping address we give to you.

We don’t warrant normal wear and tear, damage, user guides, and packaging or glass parts. Coils, nails, and other “consumable” parts or glass parts are also not covered.  Devices must be perfectly clean to be covered.  Rocky Shore Cannabis reserves the right to refuse any warranty claim.

Rocky Shore will accept the return of unopened, undamaged items within 30 days of the purchase date.

Please see our Warranty and Return page for more information.

How do you ship?

We ship through Canada Post.

Is vaporizing healthier than smoking?

The reality is that we just don’t know.  We aren’t doctors or scientists, and unlike smoking people have been using vaporizers for a relatively short period of time; there just hasn’t been enough time passed,  or studies conducted,  to fully understand the long-term effects of Vaporizing.  It is best to thoroughly research the facts, educate yourself to the extent possible,  and consult your physician about this.
