Rocky Shore Cannabis Warranty

All vaporizers purchased through Rocky Shore Cannabis are covered for 30 days starting from the purchase date. During the warranty period defective products will be replaced. You can expect a processing time of 15 business days following the date we receive your defective device for the claim to be completed.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at info@rockyshorecannabis.ca and let us know what the problem is.  We will give you a claim number at that time.  Please include this number on the package in addition to the shipping address we give to you. Rocky Shore Cannabis does not warrant normal wear and tear of the product, including damage to user guides, packaging, glass parts, coils, nails, and other “consumable” parts.  Devices must be absolutely clean to be covered.  Rocky Shore Cannabis reserves the right to refuse any warranty claim.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

For defective products returned later than 30 days after the date of purchase, warranty issues are handled by the manufacturer. You must show proof of purchase with the invoice provided by Rocky Shore Cannabis to receive warranty from the manufacturer. For battery powered vaporizers, the battery may be subject to a prorated warranty due to its degradation, but most manufacturers typically have 90-day replacement policy to cover defects.

Returns

To request a return you must contact us at info@rockyshorecannabis.ca

You may return unused and unopened items within 30 days of purchase and a refund will be issued.  We do not accept returns after 30 days of purchase even if whether the product is sealed, unopened or defective. All shipping related damages, missing parts or defects must be reported to us within 3 business days after receipt of the package.  Only perfectly clean items may be returned. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus a $15 shipping fee if Rocky Shore Cannabis provided free shipping for the order. It may take up to 15 business days from the date we receive your return to issue the refund to your account.  Fees are deducted from any refund unless the return is due to an error on the part of Rocky Shore Cannabis. All accessories, gifts and components that come with the product must be sent with the original packaging of the product. Any items not returned, will be deducted from the refund total at full retail value including any accessories and/or parts that were discounted with the original purchase. Please note that any incomplete or altered items returned are not eligible for credit.  Dirty items may not be returned.

When returning a product, you are responsible for insuring the item(s).  Rocky Shore Cannabis will not be responsible for lost or damaged items. Before shipping an item, you must contact us to state notify us of your intent. We will issue you a return reference number that must be present on the package label in addition to the return address we give you, not the address on our original shipment to you.  Items sent without our consent will not be processed or returned.

Our foreign return/exchange policy is handled on a case-by-case basis.
Rocky Shore Cannabis reserves the right to deny any return.
